What are KingFEI’s standard terms?
Our standard terms are 100% prepay. We can accept T/T, Western Union, Paypal, and moneygram. -
How does shipping work?
Shipping is the cost and responsibility of the buyer. We can help you with any and all arrangements that you may need, including special packing considerations or expedited shipping. Common used forwarders is DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, EMS. -
What’s the typical lead time?
Lead times are typically short when dealing with KingFEI. KingFei stores tens of thousands of spare parts. Our typical lead time is 1~7 working days after payment. -
Does KINGFEI SMT offer a warranty with products?
Yes, all our products have warranty. 1 year warranty for original new products；3 months warranty for original used ones. -
How to buy from us?
When a client decides that they would like to pursue a product, they will issue a conditional purchase order. Then we will make invoice against this purchase order. After payment, we will ship out within 1~7 days working days.
