Configuration of the head unit
Mar 15, 2022 Editor: admin
A head unit consists of a laser alignment sensor (MNLA) to detect the component position/angle error and a Z slide shaft that can be moved up/down and rotated. The right/left two MNLA (Multi-Nozzle laser Align) heads are incorporated into this machine.Configuration of the Automatic tool changer( ATC)
The slide plate is opened and closed by the air cylinder to store or attach/detach the nozzle. The ATC OPEN sensor and the ATC CLOSE sensor detect whether the slide plate is opened or closed, and the speed controller adjusts the speed for opening or closing the slide plate.
