FX1R Centering system

Instead of using conventional mechanical centering system, this machine uses touchless centering system where laser align sensor is used to read the position and angle of components. This can be achieved by detecting the shade of the components created by the laser rays applied horizontally to the components.

Note: The laser align sensor conforms to IEC825 Class 1 and CDRH Class 1 regulations. The laser align sensor can be used safely as far as it is used by following the instructions described in this manual.

Caution on protection of glass plates on laser unit.
Though the chances are small, the laser unit may fail to recognize a component normally if the surfaces of the glass plates covering the detection unit are scratched. To avoid such trouble, be sure to follow the instructions below:
1, Do not use components of whcih the size is larger than the maximum specification size.
2, Even if the component is equal or smaller than the maximum specification size, take care to prevent the component from hitting any of the glass surfaces when moving a pick position.
