There are three steps for maintenance of your juki machine:

1, Check ( there are 12 check point need to check)

• Air pressure: dailly checking that the air pressure is 0.5 MPa
• Piping and Joint: weekly checking air leakage
• Unit air cylinder:  Weekly checking operation
• Air filter( head): Monthly checking no dirt
• Power no lamp: Dailly Check if it lit.
• Transfer belt: Weekly Checking worn out, damage, or stretch
• Transfer Pulley: Weekly Check if it functions properly
• Stopper Chip: Weekly Check if worn out or damage
• Gas Spring: Weekly keep the front/rear safety cover opened
• Chip box: Daily discard a chip(s)
• Cables and connectors: Daily checking the connections
• Vacuum Pump: Checking the pressure.(Judge this check result by using the negative pressure gauge.)

2, Cleaning

• Checking X- and Y- Axis direct drive units to remove dust and oil monthly
• Checking transfer belt to remove dust and foreigh substances weekly
• Checking transfer sensors to cleaning monthly
• Checking laser align sensor to clean the sensor window weekly
• Checking EPV61/62(optional) to cleaning of the lenses and LED lights monthly
• Checking Nozzle to clean the nozzle weekly
• Checking Nozzle outer shaft to clean the inside of the shaft monthly
• Checking ATC Bracket to remove dust and oil weekly
• Checking CVS(optional) to remove dust and foreigh substances weekly
• Checking feeder bank, overall feeder exchange trolley to remove foreign substances weekly
• Checking OCC(polarizing filter) to remove dust and foreign substances weekly
• Checking VCS to clean the upper side weekly
• Checking Cal block to remove dust and foreign substances weekly
• Checking coplanarity(optional) to clean the sensor window daily
• Checking load control unit(optional) to remove dust and foreign substances monthly
• Checking fan motor filter to remove dust and foreign substances monthly

3, Lubrication

      Check point: 

• X- and Y- axis direct drive unit rails, checking smooth movement(6459 grease N) every year
• Transfer screw shaft( shaft) using 6459 grease N monthly
• transfer guide shaft using 6459 grease N monthly
• PWB stopper part using 6459 grease N monthly
• Ball screw(head part) CG2 grease bimonthly
• Spline shaft(head part) CG2 grease biomonthly
• Nozzle after cleaning using oil
• Nozzle outer shaft smooth movement 6459 grease N, oil monthly
• Overall feeder exchange trolley using 6459 grease N monthly
• support table using CG2 grease biomonthly
