* The maximum size of a component that can be recognized with four nozzles of an MNLA at the same time is 10.0 mm x 10.0 mm.
A component whose size exceeds this range can be picked up with only two heads per MNLA.

* For an SOP, TSOP, HSOP, SOJ, QFP, BQFP, QNF and connector, the lead pitch should be 0.5mm or wider. FOr a BGA component, the ball pitch should be 1.0 mm or wider and narrower than 2.0 mm (3.00 mm or shorter when balls are arranged in a stagger pattern). However, the machine will not recognize any lead or ball.
