  SMT Machine Basic Operation Process

    SMT Machine Work Flow:Feeding PCB Board And Tag Recognition-> Auto Learning-> Nozzle Selection -> Feeder Selection -> Pick Up Component ->Component Detection For Evaluation -> Mounting -> Nozzle Return To Position -> PCB Out

    To Be Mounted PCB Board Enter Into Work Area And Fix In The Predetermined Position.

    Install The Component In The Feeder, And Put It In The Mounting Suction Position, According To The Programmed.

    Mounter Head Will Move To The Position Of The Pick-Up Component, Open The Vacuum, Nozzle Up-Down To Pick Up Component, Then Detect Whether The Component Had Been Absorbed By The Vaccum Sensor.

    Carry On The Component Identification,Compare And Evaluate The Picked-Up Component With The Component Library. If Not Match, Will Throw It Into The Scrap Box. If  Consistenting, Will Calculate The Central Position And Angle of the Component.

    According To Program Setting,  By Z Axis of The Mounter Head, Adjusting The Rotation Angle Of The Component, Move to the position, setted by the program, Make the Center Of Component coincides with Mounting Place of The PCB.

    SMT Nozzle Will Down To The Height Set By The Program, Turn Off The Vaccum, Components Will Fall Down, Then Completed One Time Component Mounting.

    After All Components Are Assembled, Nozzle Will Be Return To The Position, And Convey PCB To the Set Postion. Then Finished Whole PCB Mounting Operation.

    Operators Should Be Trained To Operate In The Correct Way.

    Turn Off The Power, When Inspecting The Machine, Replacing Spare Parts, Repairing Or Internal Adjustment. ( If Machine Maintenance, Must Press the Emergency Button Or Turn Off Power.)

    When“ Read The Coordinates" And Adjusting Machine, Make Sure YPU(Programming Parts) In Your Hands, To Stop Action At Any Time.

    Make Sure"Interlock"Safety Device Always Effective to Stop Machine At Any Time. All Safety Inspection On The Machine Cann't Be Skipped, Short Connected, Otherwise Will easily occur Personal or Machine Accidents.

    During Operation, Make Sure All Parts Of Our Body, Such As Hands, Head Must Keep Outside The Range Of Machine Movement.

    Machine Must Be Properly Grounded ( Real Grounded, Not To The Zero Wire).

    Do Not Use The Machine in A Gas Or Extremely Dirty Environment.
